We serve process upon 'CSC' Lawyers Incorporating Service, located in Sacramento, California, 'DAILY', Monday through Thursday (Closed Fridays and Court Holidays) for $49.

Documents received in our office by Noon on a business day will be served upon CSC Lawyers Incorporating Service the same business day (except Fridays and Court Holidays).

Please note that 'CSC' Closes at 2:00 p.m.

*FEES:

• $49 per 'Proof of Service' / 'Per Defendant'
• Documents sent via email:  First 35 pages - no copy charge. $0.15 per page thereafter.
• Notary Fee (if required): $15
• If your subpoena requires a witness fee, and you want us to advance that fee, there will be a 10% service charge of the amount submitted to the witness.
